I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable, clean, and spacious, with fantastic views of Lugano. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who took care of all my needs. The location couldn't have been better, being right beside the train station and near the main square. The dining experience was fantastic, especially the authentic Italian pizza. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!
